As a former award-winning builder, and current flipper and designer, my real estate knowledge is extensive. I feel this is a key component to achieving a successful purchase for my buyer clients and also helping to prepare a home for sale and achieve top dollar for our sellers!

My new build experience is paramount in representing my builder clients. My first-hand knowledge of the construction industry, permitting process, and ability to manage projects from start to finish makes for a pleasant building experience for not only the builder but every client I’m fortunate enough to help through the process.
